“It has a campus feel. It almost feels like you’re in the woods a little bit, but you’re actually in a research field,” Ben Albers, senior vice president of commercial brokerage at Avison Young, said.
He also pointed out the spectacular scenery, highlighting all the plants that are native to Missouri, which add to the natural beauty. With state-of-the-art laboratories, electric vehicle charging stations, and an environmentally friendly design, this building is the best in St. Louis County. Charles as a creative environment that is rare for this area.
Some have even gone so far as to call the region the “Silicon Valley of AgTech,” thanks to its thriving agricultural technology sector. The University of Missouri operates the research park, and the building’s owners have sought partnerships to attract qualified tenants.

In such a situation, the President and CEO of Seneca CRE, LLC, Larry Chapman, explained about the growth potential this building represents.
“Big companies like Bayer, the former Monsanto, and Bunge are well represented in this area. What we represent a little bit is the growth of new businesses. This should be an effort to promote that because if we can really do that, we have a better chance of them staying here, growing here, making Missouri a better place on the map, along with St. Charles County,” he said.
As the building prepares to welcome new tenants, it marks a new era of green business in St. Louis County. Charles.
“When people come to work here, they’re going to feel good. They’re going to want to work, and they’re going to want to collaborate,” Chapman emphasized.
